  The Dashboard

  This landing page provides your clients with a summary of the property listings for their office and quick access to important sections of the Agent's System. Your clients are able to Quick Update details of a property listing by selecting an icon or change the status of the property which will update on the client's website and advertising portals. The Dashboard also shows the latest help items from the Help Centre so your clients can be more self sufficient.

  Manage Property Listings

  At the core of Zoo Property is a property listing system which caters to all real estate professionals, regardless of the type of property they are selling, leasing or sharing. With more than 10 years of experience in real estate software development, we know the type of property information property seekers want. So you know it's all in there.

  Media Marketing

  Additionally, your clients can upload and store an unlimited number of files for each property listing which are easily accessed through a web browser. This includes a variety of media: text and pdf documents, still photos, virtual tours, floorplans, videos and audio files. Zoo Property's Google-powered Analytics features track the number of page views and enquiries received for each property listing. Users can set the system to email these analytics automatically to anyone, including the property owners.

  Advertising Portal Support

  Zoo Property has a fully developed Export System to feed your client's property data to a variety of free and fee portals both nationally and internationally. On setup, all you need to do is check a box to activate the portals your client requests. The client's properties will be sent in the next XML feed and will appear on that portal within the next 24 hours. Here is a current list of the portals we currently support.

  Zoo Property Client Tools

  The Agent's System has a number of tools designed to help your clients work quickly and efficiently. Our Google-powered Analytics tools provide your clients with comprehensive, real-time reporting of page views and enquiries received for every property listed on their website. Bulk Assign tools allow your clients to quickly assign team members to properties or set open inspection dates and times. And printing lists of properties for sale or open inspection times is as simple as clicking a button.

  Team Member Management

  Your clients can add, edit and delete team members, and grant them one of three levels of access. Agents can enter all the basic data and images, plus they have the option to include video and audio, link their profile to 3rd party websites, add unlimited testimonials and submit their property listings to Facebook and MySpace.

  File Storage

  You don't see free parking to often. In the Agent's System, your clients can park files freeing up server space and reducing overhead costs. Your clients can share an unlimited number of documents and files with team members within their organisation. They can make files public to everyone in that office, or saved as private so only one team member can view the file. Download and upload files or save newer versions as needed

  Web Based

  Zoo Property is 100% web based and can be accessed from any modern web browser. Many real estate professionals are now working remotely from the office and we've ensured you and your clients can access and update all information in Zoo Property without having to be in the office.
