Your Message Centre has two sections: Client Support and Zoo Property Support.

Your clients can create tickets in their system requesting support from you. The ticket will appear in your message centre and a notification sent to your email. Need to get in touch with a helpful Zoo Property support member? Creating a support ticket through the Developer's System is the best way to make that request. Messages can only be archived once the user who has created the message has rated the support provided by the other party.

Purchase website themes or add-ons you can use in conjunction with the Zoo Property system. Once installed, all website themes and add-ons will automatically synchronize with the Zoo Property system. Just install and go — it's that easy!

Need a little additional revenue? Create your own themes or use the Zoo Property API to develop applications and add-ons to customize the design and features on your client's website. Then upload them to the Online Store and earn 75% of all the proceeds of any sales.
Get your team involved

Quickly add all your team members, and grant them one of three levels of access to the system: full (administrator) access, access to all clients or give them access to only specific clients in your system.
