How does the 30-day free trial work?

If the status of the office is changed to Inactive within 30 days of setting it up you won’t be charged a thing. If you do choose to cancel any office accounts in the future you will never be charged again. We don’t prorate for partial months.

Are your prices fixed per month or are there restrictions?

There are no additional per-user or per property listing charges — the flat monthly price is the same no matter if the office has 1 team member or 100 team members or 10 property listings or 1,000 property listings. Zoo Property pricing is based on a per office basis.

Is there a long-term commitment?

Zoo Property is a pay-as-you-go service. There are no long term contracts of commitments on your part. On the first day of the month you will pay for all Active Offices you have listed in your account. If you cancel an office during that month you won’t be billed again for that office.

What about support?

24/7 email support is available directly to the client or web developer through the Message Centre in your Dashboard. Browse through our Support section or visit the Forum to see if your question has already been answered.

What is an “Active Office”?

There are four main types of Office accounts in Zoo Property: Active offices, Inactive offices, Pending Offices and Suspended Offices. Active Offices and Suspended Offices are what we count. You can have unlimited Inactive and Pending Offices if you want since those aren’t counted against your total. You can read more about office status in the FAQs section.
