Property Data via REAXML
Zoo Property conform to the REAXML Spec and any data sent in this format can be imported into Zoo Property.
We will set you up with a Zoo Property ftp account and you’ll place daily XML’s in this ftp. The XML’s should only include properties updated since the last XML you sent. We will then process this XML parsing your data into our database.
More information can be found here about the REAXML.
Hello sir,
My name is yash, i am PHP developer developing a real estate
website for my australian client.I want to use your REAXML .Please let me know how i will get this. Please provide me detail
as soon as possible.
Thanks
Yash
Hi Yash,
We accept data from your system as long as it is in the format here http://reaxml.realestate.com.au/docs/. Once you have a sample feed please email it to ryan at agentpoint.com
Do we need zoo FTP access to import and upload images to zooproperty with API?
How do we find FTP access for us to use realxml to import data and images?
Once you have created a valid REAXML please email it to hello@agentpoint.com and it will be tested by a developer. As soon as it is fine a developer will set you up with ftp access.
Thanks
Hi,
We have around 300 real estate clients we hav developed wb sites for. Our skills are html and graphic design. A good example to see is http://www.propertyplaceqld.com.au – this web site shows a fair representation of content.
You will see that property listings are fed into the above site via an iframe that reflects a database provided by EAC Red Square (Real Estate World). EAC charge our clients $59 per month for this service which included portal to major web sites here in Australia.
1. How can we switch our clients to Zoo Property for portal uploading and then display their listings in their own web site? We are not conversant with XML formatting but prepared to learn if you can provide us with an example to work from. Is this possible?
2. There is a web site developd here that has great popularity in the state of Western Australia, REIWA. This does not use REA standard but I am advised is “close too”. I have the specification for feeding to this database and can send to you. Is this possible for you to add to your services?
I am very impresses by the presentation of your service and glad to pay for technical assist where rquired. Please advise me of help you can provide and I will begin the process of switching our clients to Zoo Property when we are ready and able to support.
Best regards, REG

We can create an iframe for your clients and you can embed that on your sites eg http://vicurban.agentpoint.com.au/properties/ like you do at EAC.
Alternatively, you can use one of the API’s we have available to pull the data out of our system and display it on your sites.
