MyDesktop CRM API
We’ve created an API which sends contact information from Zoo Property to MyDesktop. This allows clients using Zoo Property to also use this 3rd party CRM system. Any contacts who fill in web forms on the client’s site will automatically be sent to the client’s CRM account. This includes the contact’s buyer or leasing requirements.

We have had a previous customisation made to the MyDesktop system of one of our clients related to Featured Properties.
The REAXML feed which is exported has had an extra field added to allow for the ‘Featured Property’ setting within the system.
From what I have seen so far it would appear that the featured property needs to be selected within WordPress.
Is there anyway that the custom field export from MyDesktop could activate the Featured Property field within ZooProperty so that the client does not have to log into both systems?

You need to ask MyDesktop what your GroupID is. You then enter this GroupID in the office details settings in your Developer’s System. When ever a contact is added to that office they will also appear in the MD CRM.
Note: At present the MD Contacts API only allows contacts to be added and not updated. So if you update their details in Zoo Property then it won’t update in MD for that contact.
