Flickr.com Export

We’ve just set up an export to Flickr.com for Zoo Property. This means your property images along with the description for each property and key tags relating to the property type, suburb and listing type will be tagged for the image in flickr. In recent tests we’ve found that properties with a page on flickr are ranking high in search engines largely due to the high page rank of Flickr.

All an agent needs to do for their properties to appear on flickr is to request their developer to check this option for their export settings.

Enhanced Listings Page

At Zoo Property we have just deployed an upgrade to the Agent’s System adding enhancements for users in the “Listings” tab. The upgrade makes it a whole lot easier for users to locate listings as they can now filter and sort listings by a larger number of categories.

Users now have the option to configure their Dashboard or Listings page how they like it. They can remove columns and only display property listing data which is relevant to them. They can also reposition columns so the data is presented how they would like to read. For users with smaller screens they can make the columns/fields smaller allowing them to fit as much property information as they like on the property page.

Another great addition is that we now show the total number of listings for each filter result and the user can quickly jump through this data through the pagination installed.

We welcome any feedback about the enhancements and obviously would love to hear your thoughts in relation to how we can improve it further. Please post any comments here.

Quick Search Feature

We’ve added a quick search feature to Zoo Property which allows you you enter the suburb, street or property id for a property. It will then predict the remainder of the word and display results from the database which match your criteria. It is a great way to easily find a property you know is in the database.
