Stayz is the leading holiday accommodation website in Australia and Zoo Property is now exporting our client’s holiday accommodation listings to this website. Client’s need to have a registered account with Stayz but once setup (and we have your account id) your listings will automatically appear there.

Hello and welcome to Zooproperty.com, I hope you are enjoying our all new system.
Introduction
Hello and welcome to the all new Zooproperty.com platform. The system is a breeze to use once you get the hang of it. We have included a number of Video Tutorials here to make the transition as easy as possible.

Your Dashboard
When you login, this is what you will see each time. We have provided database details, quick links, latest listings and updates and also the ability to create new and update listings directly from the Dashboard.

Your Office
You can update your office details at top right hand side of the Dashboard. Simply click on the link and update the details.

Your Team
Make sure your team details are up to date. We now have added features for each team member, including new photo sizes, testimonials, Twitter ID, Facebook ID, Linkedin ID and also VCards. Please make sure you login and update all of your team members. We also have new team preferences.

Your Listings
Clicking on the Listings tab will bring you to the listings page. This is where you can add new, update and view all of your listings. You can filter the listings by property type, status, contact and more. You can also update photos, open times and status.

Your Listings Photos, Floor Plans, Brochures
You can add up to 26 property photos and floor pans and alos add up to 4 brochures for each listing. We are also testing the ability to place MP3 sound files with each listing. We will shortly be releasing the ability for you to add up to 200 megabyte videos through your own YouTube channel in the coming months.

Your Open Times
You can update open times for individual listings at any time. If the listing in question does not have any associated open times, then the icon will appear grey, if it has open times, it will appear orange. You can click on the icon at any time to add multiple open times for each listing.

Trovit Real Estate Search Engine

Zoo property are now exporting properties to Trovit who are a major international real estate search engine who work much the same way Google and Ernomo do.
It is free to list on trovit so please request your developer to add your properties to this portal.
