Listings now added to Zoo Property will automatically appear on Google Maps Real Estate which is an exciting new real estate based search portal provided by Google.
To have a serious online presence for your agency it is necessary for you to have your listing on Google. Unlike other bulk data providers Zoo Property do not link your listing back to our website. Rather we provide you with the opportunity to add the property url for your listing to Zoo Property wo when users click on the listing in Google they are sent directly to your website meaning you receive the traffic and lead.
This is another way Zoo Property go out of their way to promote real estate agent’s online presence.

We’ve just finished building an xml to www.millionplus.com.au which is a Australian based real estate portal which specialize in real estate for sale with a value over 1 million dollars. Not a bad portal to advertise with if you have exclusive property, then again there aren’t too many properties in the capital cities of Australia which wouldn’t be pried around $1 million dollars.

We can’t promise it will be implemented but we will certainly consider it and definitely get back to you about it.

Previously there was only an API for each office in Zoo Property. We have now enhanced this for web developers by adjusting the API so now xml’s are available for the CLIENT (all offices for that client) and for the DEVELOPER (so all offices and clients belonging to the developer).
The CLIENT XML will come in handy if the developer needs to build a website for multiple offices and wants an easy way to populate the website through 1 xml.
With the developer xml you can display ALL listings belonging to all of your clients in the 1 xml. This will come in handy if the developer needs to populate all of their client’s listings on the one website.
